The City and County of Denver’s GIS Day celebration is on Thursday, November 19, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. GIS Day is a free event, open to the public, and does not require registration.
This year’s event will focus on GIS use at the City and County of Denver and real-world application by various city agencies and departments, including its use for safety, COVID-19, and election data. The event will showcase a wide range of GIS products, tools, and applications from the city’s GIS community. The format will be a moderated lightning talk with Q&A for each speaker. There will be a drawing for five individual ArcGIS for Personal Use licenses. Personal Use is valued at $100 USD and provides access to a full range of ArcGIS capabilities.
The full schedule can be found here: www.denvergov.org\gisday
