Open Geospatial Data Portals List and Resources

Below is a link to a PDF I put together with addresses for 40+ federal ArcGIS servers with open MapServer and ImageServer data.  If you know of other federal ArcGIS servers with open data then please let me know and I will add them to the list.  And if you know about a similar federal GIS server list that anyone has assembled then please point me in their direction so we can compare notes.
