GPS Accuracy Article by Harold Schuch

Given that my very short presentation on GPS Accuracy during this year’s GIS in the Rockies Conference was well received, I decided to send everyone at GISCO a Christmas gift.

Recently I prepared an article on this topic.  It is intended as a bridge between various publications, including NGS/NOAA web pages, as an attempt to bring most accuracy aspects together while introducing a couple of novel ways of looking at things.

This is a peer-reviewed document that successfully survived various reviews.  However, subsequent reviews may cause additional changes and/or corrections.

The article can be found here:  http://www.geocounsel.com/Articles.html .
