Earn a Professional Certificate in Earth Data Analytics from CU Boulder; apply by August 8!

The deadline to submit your application for the Earth Data Analytics – Foundations professional graduate certificate from the University of Colorado is fast approaching! This program is aimed at working professionals who are interested in gaining skills at the intersection of earth and data science, and can be completed entirely online in three semesters. Apply by August 8th, 2023 to begin the program in the Fall 2023 semester.

This three-course, nine-credit certificate is aimed at those who are new to programming and working with data, or to scientific applications of data science. When you complete the program, you will have fundamental scientific programming and data science skills, an understanding of Git and GitHub for version control, science communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work with a suite of earth and environment data. These are the in-market demand skills required to work in the rapidly growing field of earth data science. These skills will prepare you to launch or advance a career as an environmental data scientist, data analyst, GIS/geospatial analyst, remote sensing scientist, or product manager, among others.
