Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience
in software development.
A minimum of 5 years experience in developing ESRI-based applications
with a strong proficiency in ArcGIS and ArcObjects development
Experience with service-oriented architecture development, including ArcGIS
Server.
Knowledge of C# and C++, .NET or Java is highly desirable
Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Spatial, SQL Server and/or ArcSDE
Practical project experience with geospatial data migration software tools
and custom utilities
The candidate will be working closely with our customers and traveling
to onsite locations approximately 25% of the time. Excellent communication
skills are necessary.

License or Certification:

a valid Nevada Class C drivers license. Geographic Information
Systems Professional (GISP) certification is preferred.
Education and Experience:
Any equivalent combination of training, education and experience which
provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills and abilities
to perform the job. A typical way to obtain these requirements may be
