This position is responsible for ensuring the success of
EarthWhere's product releases by leading the overall product

" Manage the releases of the EarthWhere product once
features have been identified through implementation/version
release. To include coordinating systems analysis, design,

" Direct management and accountability for the systems

team, professional services team, and client delivery team

" Testing function - ensure high quality product releases
by performing functional, system, and stress testing for each

" Implementation of a product release methodology. Designing
a corporate wide product release methodology. It is expected
that each organization with responsibility for an area of
product release will have processes and methodologies defined.
This role will be responsible for integrating each of the
components into an overall process.
" Regular status reporting in relation to product releases.
" Level of effort estimation for potential product features
and releases.
Required career experiences and skills:
" 5 years of experience with exposure to the software
development process
" 3 years prior experience in software release and project
management at a software company
" An in-depth understanding of the software development
process
" 2 years prior experience working on Unix or Linux
server platforms
" 2 years prior experience working with web-based, software
application
" 2 years prior experience working with Java-based software
applications
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills
" Strong project planning and problem solving experience,
including the ability to identify and rectify bottlenecks
