DUTIES:
This position evaluates geological suitability reports and assesses on-site geological conditions and hazards for local-government agencies and school boards as part of agency's statutory reviews of proposed subdivisions, school sites, and special-review projects, under the supervision of a higher-level researcher/scientist. It serves as liaison to local planning and building officials, consultants, and developers, to facilitate proper land use planning and geological hazard mitigation. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
