AAG’s Practicing Geography book is now published! 

Co-edited by Ken Foote right here in Colorado (and Michael Solem, CU graduate) and contributed to by several in the geospatial community.  I, Tina Cary, and others wrote chapters in what I believe is a very practical but also research-supported book on what it really means to DO geography, with excellent ties throughout to the importance of all things geospatial and GIS!

The chief audiences for the book includes undergrad and graduate students—how to get internships, how to connect with the profession, and so on.
